Jakobsbergsgatan 24 is designed with the workplace of the future in mind and contains a total of 15,000 square metres of office and meeting space. Occupancy is planned in 2024.
The building has a shared, beautiful entrance that leads to a staffed reception, making life easier for everyone who lives and works in the property. The bright ground floors provide large common meeting areas and a large number of conference rooms. There are also parking garages, charging stations and bicycle storage in the basement.
The offices also have access to a gym, a large inner courtyard, shared roof terraces, co-working space and MOOD District’s extensive offering of shops, restaurants and other services.
